2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 250/2022/461/2022 (I.A. No. 01/2022) arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 504, 506, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, around 17 accused persons have participated in the killing of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and due to the land dispute between the parties, the whole family of the petitioner has been made accused.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with S.Tr. No. 250/2022/461/2022 (I.A. No. 01/2022) arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2022.
