Petitioner seeks bail in Masrak P.S. Case No.239 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2018. Petitioner is named in the First Information Report.

It is alleged in the written report that in the night of occurrence at about 2.00 AM, one tractor without trailer was coming on which two persons were sitting; one person was driving the tractor. On seeing the police party, both persons stopped the tractor and tried to run away. Both the persons were arrested by the police. They disclose their name as Akhilesh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22203 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Kumar and Ramesh Manjhi. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by Ramesh Manjhi in his confessional statement. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Masrak P.S.
