30-03-2017 At the very outset, Sri Anjani Kumar Sharan, learned Central Govt. Counsel, by way of referring to fact disclosed in paragraph - 4 of the counter affidavit, submits that neither there is merit in the present writ petition nor same is maintainable, since there is already statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner. After noticing the objection raised by learned Central Govt. Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that he may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.
