JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 At the very outset, Smt. Renuka Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent/Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. raises preliminary objection on the point of maintainability of the writ petition. She submits that the petitioner has incorrectly approached this Court instead of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal.

After objection being raised by learned counsel for the Respondent/Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn
