JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 01/2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are order giver and they have remained in jail since 07.02.2020.

From the record it appears that all the accused persons have actively involved in the alleged offence and the persons standing and waiting are equally held responsible for the act

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly their prayer for bail is rejected.
