Having regard to the fact that the petitioner faces allegation for offence under sections 304B, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and that he is the husband of the deceased lady this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.
The petitioner may surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and thereafter the court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner after looking into all the relevant aspects as may have been found by the police in course of investigation in the case diary.
