Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that finding the informant working alone the petitioner came near her, when she made protest then petitioner caused injury with sickle below her breast.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that sharp cut injury has been found on the right arm pit towards right hypochondriac region, simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let
