The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is land dispute between the parties and on account of same case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties.
