Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.09.2019, seeks regular bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12900 of 2020.

No.29742 of 2021(3) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 The trial court vide its Letter No. 337 dated 22.12.2021 has reported that one witness has been examined and summons against rest of the witnesses have been issued. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial in view of his Letter No. 337 dated 22.12.2021 within a period of twelve months from today.

If no substantial progress takes place in the trial within the aforesaid period, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.
