JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380/427/295A/436 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were identified in a mob of 500 people, who had blocked the road in protest against some indecent photographs of the Hindu Idols.

Allegation is that the petitioners were likely to create

Considering the nature of allegation as well as claims of the petitioners that they are local shopkeepers, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Maker Police Station Case No.89 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
