The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:- "That filed this application is for issuance appropriate writ of writs order/orders in the nature mandamus commanding for being an and of directing and respondents the particularly the respondent no-2 to admit the petitioner society as member of the national co-operative Union of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6371 of 2024(3) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 organization India (an apex of the Indian CoOperative movement) in view of the fact that the petitioner society is competent and fulfills all criteria to be member of the said institution and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. The petitioner wants the representation that was submitted on16.11.2023 (Annexure 9 to the writ petition) to be taken note of by the respondent no.3 which has still not been done.

4. A letter on 21.12.2024 has also been issued with the same request (Annexure 8 to the writ petition).

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the National Cooperative Union of India (respondent no.2) within a period of four weeks, who shall take up the matter and dispose it of expeditiously.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
