Ashraf, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Dhurjatti Kumar Prasad, learned GP No. 7 submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the Government has come out with a Resolution contained in Memo No. 3A -1-Muk-19/2013-3111(Vi) dated 25.3.2015 and as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that petitioner may file representation before the respondent no. 2 who may examine the case of the petitioner in view of new

Patna High Court CWJC No.17729 of 2011 (4) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 Resolution.

Accordingly, the Court proposes to dispose of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, who may examine the claim of the petitioner in view of Resolution dated 25.3.2015 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. If such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, the Court expects that the respondent no. 2 may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. The writ petition stands disposed of.
