Patna High Court MJC No.844 of 2023(4) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 27-07-2023 The present M.J.C.- Contempt Petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that petitioners failed to comply the directions of this Court dated 21.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 787 of 2022 to the extent that petitioner was asked to approach the respondent while submitting their offer within a period of three months.

2. Learned counsel for respondent on instruction submitted that petitioners have not complied the orders of this Court in submitting their offer. On the other hand, one representation has been submitted and in the representation there is no offer. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
