Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-461, 382, 411, 307, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Md Babloo has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
