Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, 2016. Five litres mahua liquor and mahua flower are said to have been recovered from Bathan of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 29.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
