JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation as per F.I.R is of recovery of 555 litres of liquor from the vehicle of the petitioners.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been made accused in this case and they have no criminal antecedent and have been in judicial custody since 03.09.2018.
Heard learned A.P.P., it has been submitted by him that the investigation is still going on.
