The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. This Court has occasion to decide the similar issue in C.W.J.C. No. 5951 of 2016 vide order dated 27.03.2018 and this Court noticed the non-compliance of principles of natural justice in the matter of termination of petitioner of that case and considering the aforesaid, the order of termination was quashed.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.6802 of 2019(3) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 allowed. The orders as contained in Annexures- 7 and 8 are quashed. The respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
