The Petitioner seeks quashing of part of the judgment dated 11.7.2013 passed by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in S.T. No.345 of 2000 arising out of Chiraiya P.S. case No.12 of 1998 (G.R. case No.139 of 1998), by which he acquitted the private Opposite Parties under Section 307 I.P.C. and released them on provision of Offenders Act under Section 324/34 and 341/34 I.P.C.
