JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 227 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) (d) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The allegation is recovery of 10 liters of Mahua wine from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and the recovery has not been made from her the conscious possession. Also she has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
