The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Banka P.S. Case No.295 of 2015 registered under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R. there is accusation against the petitioner of misappropriation of an amount of Rs.50,70,594/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the aforesaid amount as alleged in the F.I.R. the petitioner has already deposited Rs.4/- lacs. He further submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to deposit 20% the alleged amount.

No.38280 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 In view of the offer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka, in Banka P.S. Case No.295/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.c. and he will deposit 20% of the amount as alleged in the F.I.R. within a period of eight months from today.
