The application is for grant of bail in connection with Begusarai town PS case no. 193 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 420, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession nor he has been arrested on the spot and his name transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused which has no evidentiary value and petitioner is in custody for more than six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and stated that petitioner have criminal antecedent.

In view of the fact that there is nothing against the petitioner in the present case except the confessional statement of co-accused, the bail application of petitioner is allowed and he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. case no. 193 of 2015 with a condition that he will cooperate in the disposal of the case and make himself available on each and every date except on some genuine reason.
