2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 195/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is said to be an employee in a land brokerage company. The main accused is Kumar Prabhakar who has taken the entire money.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27296 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 and the allegation against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks for today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 195/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
