In the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4 the stand is that the petitioner has been granted 2nd ACP in the scale of Rs. 5500-9000. It has further been

Patna High Court CWJC No.12164 of 2011 (6) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 stated that necessary sanction shall be sent to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna after proper rectification by the District Accounts Officer, Nalanda, Biharsharif.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off directing the respondents no. 1 to 4 to ensure that necessary sanction is sent to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna within two weeks from today. The Accountant General, Bihar, Patna shall thereafter issue necessary authorization within the next two weeks. Any further payment required to be made to the petitioner shall be ensured by the respondents to be paid within four weeks of the authorization being issued by the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.
