The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 435/2016 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, a police officer, alleged that three persons were going on Alto car but even on signal, they did not stop. On chase, two persons managed to flee away but the petitioner Bullet Kumar was apprehended by the police. The petitioner produced the papers of the car which is standing in the name of Raghubar Prasad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the Alto car. The petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
