2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 registered for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals snatched the informant's bag, which contained cash of Rs. 1,11,220/- and other important documents. In the meantime, some other miscreants appeared and, after snatching the cash, documents, and the key of the informant's two-wheeler, they fled away.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the case on the self-inculpatory statement of a co-accused. The petitioner

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the present case.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the proceedings.
