No. BRLPS/PF/453 dated 22.05.2015 passed by the order of the Chief Executive Officer, "Jeevika" The Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Bihar (Respondent No. 2) under the signature of the Director "Jeevika" The Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Bihar (Respondent No. 5), whereby the contract with the petitioner has been

(ii). For setting aside the Office Order issued vide Ref. No. BRLPS/PF/857 dated 26.06.2015 by the Administrative Officer, The Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Bihar (Respondent No. 4) by the order of the Respondent No. 2, whereby the Appeal preferred by the petitioner against the Office Order issued vide Ref. No. BRLPS / PF / 453 dated 22.05.2015 has been rejected, without assigning any cogent and succinct reasons."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
