JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

The police submitted written report that he received information from the court that petitioner has filed bail petition in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Saran, giving wrong facts in Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2012 stating therein that there is marriage of his sister but on inquiry it was found that the aforesaid submission made in the court was false and there was marriage of his niece. On the basis of aforesaid complaint made by the court, the instant case has been registered by the police for the offence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54884 of 2016 (3) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C. It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) ravi/- U T
