Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is recovery from a vehicle of 522 liters illegal English wine.

It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and resides in Dhanbad and has given his vehicle to ply on payment.
