JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-05-2022 This case has been listed at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners for the purposes of withdrawal of the application with respect to petitioner no. 2, who has been arrested during the pendency of the application. This application with respect to petitioner no. 2/ Puttu Raj @ Pittu Kumar is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, noticing the fact that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have been made accused in Bikram P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of confession of one of the members of the family of petitioner nos. 1 and 3 and their being no recovery
