2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are ladies. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27399 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
