The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25.8.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.35159/14. In the instant petition the petitioner has sought extension of time for appearing before the learned court below and filing bail bond. Having perused the petition I find that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause. Accordingly, he is directed to submit and surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The order dated 25.8.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.
