Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case for the offence under Sections 354(B)/504 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code, registered on the basis of written report submitted by victim lady herself duly attested by Shambhu Mandal her husband and Dilchan Mandal her brother-in-law.

In the circumstances, petitioner should be well advised to surrender in the court below (Sri P.V.S.

Parmar, J.M., 1st Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur) in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40310 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Naugachia (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail which should be considered in accordance with law.
