2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with C.R.Case No. 277 of

3. The matter originates from the matrimonial discord.

4. As per allegation, on refusal of dowry demand, the accused persons, including the petitioner, tormented and assaulted the complainant variously.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegations levelled by the complainant are false and fabricated. The complainant wants to lead a luxurious life, which is not possible for the petitioner as per his means. It

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23970 of 2025(4) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 is further submitted that on account of the present case, the petitioner lost his job and is currently unemployed.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with C.R.Case No. 277 of 2023, subject to the followings conditions:- (i). The petitioner, for the present, shall make payment of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance, to the complainant (o.p.no.2).

(ii). After securing a job, the petitioner shall pay Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) per month, instead of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees five thousand), to the complainant (o.p.no.2), as an interim maintenance. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
