This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Karja P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
