2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S.Case No.75 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and direct involvement of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The present bail application is accordingly rejected.
