This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the first information report of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.124 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 read with 34 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8819 of 2017 dt.18-09-2017 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the first information report as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application.

The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
