The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Section 47(a), 54 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is alleged that petitioner was caught with nine bottles of AC Black wine as mentioned in the seizure memo. The seizure memo does not bear the signature of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.07.2016.
