JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2024 It appears that vide order dated 22nd of May, 2023, the petitioner was granted provisional bail on the undertaking of the petitioner to settle the dispute and deposit the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- as claimed by the informant. The matter was fixed for further hearing on 28th of July, 2023.

Thereafter, on several occasions the matter was adjourned on behalf of the petitioner.

This court had cancelled the provisional bail of the petitioner vide order dated 2nd of January, 2024, on the submission of the learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner is not willing to settle the dispute and he has not

The petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below and learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file surrender certificate on the next date of hearing ie. on 30th of January, 2024.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no knowledge regarding the whereabouts of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the Trial Court is directed to take all possible steps for immediate arrest of the petitioner in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case no. 352 of 2021.
