This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Paroo P.S. Case No. 516 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, from the petitioner's possession, the police recovered one country made pistol. He was riding in a motorcycle when he was intercepted with the pillion rider, coaccused Pramesh Kumar, from whose possession, the police are said to have recovered one cartridge.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been in custody since 05.12.2019. He has further submitted that co-accused Pramesh Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 09.06.2020

Considering the above submission and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, West, Muzaffarpur, in Paroo P.S. Case No. 516 of 2019.
