2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of recovery of firearms from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.01.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the first information report, seizure list and impugned order dated 22.02.2024, it appears that two pistols made in USA and two cartridges were also recovered from the possession of the petitioner, so considering the fact that the pistols made in USA and seriousness of this case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
