No. 11148 of 2010 set aside the order passed by the District Magistratecum-Collector, Gopalganj and ordered the restoration of the order of the Tribunal dated 30th of October, 2009. In pursuance of such order, the petitioners have been reinstated on 30th of September, 2010 and have been paid salary with effect from September, 2010 to October, 2011.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they have not

There is no order to pay salary for the said period either in the order passed by the Tribunal or by this Court on 13th of September, 2010. Thus, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.
