Petitioner is accused in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police recorded the stolen mobile recovered from the possession of Chandeshwari Mandal, who disclosed about purchasing the mobile from this petitioner. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.04.2016.

No.34123 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
