JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016 instituted for the offence under sections 406 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against this petitioner in the written report that he took Rs. 70,000/- from the informant for running mobile shop but the petitioner fled away after two months after closing the shop. The informant also learnt that he had taken 50 mobiles from the customers for repairing and did not return the same. The price of those mobiles is Rs. three lacs. He also did not return two lap-tops, costing Rs. 80,000/- and other parts of computer to the customers.

In such circumstances, there is specific allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10077 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 against this petitioner in the written report. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner may surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
