Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 (G.R. NO. 524 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant (wife of petitioner) has alleged that petitioner along with his family members came to his house and tried to broke open the door of the house, when she opened the door petitioner along with all co-accused abused, assaulted and ousted her. Thereafter, they tried to kill informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case only with a view to make pressure

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68315 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 upon the family members of the petitioner. Petitioner is ready to keep his with full dignity and affection. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 200 and 2017.
