Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person demanded ransom from the informant on mobile call from SIM No.7542837483. During investigation, it reveals that the SIM was used in the mobile phone of the petitioner and subscriber of the SIM was Mr.Angad Kumar Son of Lalan Sah. Besides aforesaid, there is no other material in the case diary. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19590 of 2020(3) dt.19-08-2020 2/2 24.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering entire facts aforesaid and no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura Police Station Case No.241 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
