The petitioner seeks regular bail in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 331/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. The police arrested the petitioner during investigation merely on the statement of spy. He is in custody since 08.06.2018. The injured was examined by the doctor of J.L.N. Medical College Hospital. The injury was found simple in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
