In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No.35 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

Allegation has been made that about 555 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the Bamboo Clamp of the petitioner.

Looking to the recovery of huge quantity of liquor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
