The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection Chhauradano PS case no. 148 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners and there is case and counter case pending between the parties and injury report is not available on the record. The impugned order itself does not disclose any type of injury.

Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano PS case no. 148 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
