The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 262/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that one Bolero vehicle was intercepted by the police and petitioner was found sitting in the aforesaid vehicle along with one another person. They could not produce any paper with regard to vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2018. He has clean antecedent.
Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63461 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
