The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.235 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 401, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

First Information Report has been lodged against the petitioner and others and during raid large numbers of theft motorcycles have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. After seeing the police party petitioner fled away from there. Statement of father of the petitioner itself indicates involvement of the petitioner. He has criminal antecedent. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39442 of 2016 (6) dt.23-11-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody.
